We implement the principles of functional fitness by training your body to perform multi-planar movements that mimic activities you would do in your daily life. In a sense, activities like playing a sport, mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, or picking up a toddler become part of your training routine.

We often talk about our homes being “heat efficient”  or our cars being “fuel efficient”, but what about our bodies being “movement efficient”?  You've heard the old adage, “work smarter, not harder”...  in essence, that’s what we help you do.  Elite athletes make their sports seem easy to master because their bodies move efficiently. They are functionally fit.

Personal Training session fees:

HOUR PACKAGES
Individual...$70/hour session or $650 for 10 sessions
2:1 ... $90/hour session(2 people at $45 per person)
3:1 ... $120/hour(3 people at $40 per person)
4:1 ... $140/hour(4 people at $35 per person)

HALF HOUR PACKAGES
Individual ...$40/session or $350 for 10 sessions
2:1 ...$60/session(2 people at $30 per person)
3:1 ...$75/session(3 people at $25 per person)
4:1 ...$80/session(4 people at $20 per person)
