Fitness Class Schedule
While all of the classes are scalable to one’s fitness level, the experience level most appropriate is listed below. Classes are limited to 8 participants.
Class Rates:

10 session package: $350
Strength/Core/Mobility
This class blends core strengthening, mobility, and full-body conditioning in a fun, efficient workout. Using equipment like bands, straps, rollers, balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and more, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and get your heart rate up. Every class is different, and all fitness levels are welcome.
